Prototype To Production Continuity
Programs, fixtures and inspection plans developed for early parts carry forward into production, so quantities scale without a second learning curve.

To deliver metal components that fit, function and arrive on time, supported by inspection records that let our customers accept parts without re-measuring them.
Who We Are
Netherlands Dairy Machinery is a contract metal fabrication and machining shop supplying cut, formed, welded, machined and finished components to industrial customers. Our equipment includes fiber laser cutting, CNC press brakes, multi-axis machining centers, turning centers with live tooling, and certified weld stations for steel, stainless and aluminum. Programmers use CAM software to simulate toolpaths before cutting, and operators verify critical features during the run rather than at the end. We machine and fabricate from drawings and models supplied by customers, and we regularly advise on tolerances, material selection and finishing options that improve both performance and cost.
Based in , Netherlands Dairy Machinery was built around the idea that a shop earns repeat business through consistency, not promises. We keep raw material traceable to the mill, record inspection data against drawing revisions, and train every operator to read a print and use the gauges at their station. Our quality team uses calibrated instruments and a coordinate measuring machine for first article inspection and ongoing checks, and we work with customers on corrective action quickly when something falls outside the requirement. Whether the job is one prototype bracket or a long-term production release, the same discipline applies.

Our Mission
To give engineers and buyers a fabrication partner who reads the print carefully, speaks up about manufacturability early and treats every drawing note as a commitment.

Our Advantages
Programs, fixtures and inspection plans developed for early parts carry forward into production, so quantities scale without a second learning curve.
Heat numbers and mill certificates follow material from receiving through the shop, supporting customers who need to demonstrate the origin and grade of every component.
Our team reads geometric dimensioning and tolerancing callouts correctly, from datum schemes to position and flatness, and plans setups so those requirements are actually achievable.
Laser, forming, welding, machining and assembly happen under one roof, which means fewer handoffs, shorter lead times and one party accountable for the finished part.
Estimators flag tight tolerances, deep pockets, tricky bends and weld access issues before you order, often saving cost without compromising how the part performs.
A coordinate measuring machine and calibrated hand gauges verify critical features, with reports tied to the drawing revision and available on request for every shipment.
Welders are qualified to the procedures used on your parts, and the records are available, which matters the moment a structure is inspected.
We flag the features that are driving your cost before quoting, since a radius or a tolerance changed in CAD is far cheaper than one machined.
Critical features are verified on a coordinate measuring machine with a report, instead of being signed off on a handheld gauge and a good feeling.
Compliance
First-off parts are inspected before a run continues.
Sectors
Prototypes and production batches run through the same inspection discipline.
Client Feedback
Their estimator caught a tolerance stack-up on our bracket that would have made assembly difficult. The revised drawing cost less to build, and every lot since has matched the first article.
Paperwork arrives with the parts, complete and matched to the revision on our purchase order. Our receiving inspectors have stopped sampling heavily because the data is consistently reliable.
We needed a weldment shop that could also machine after welding. Having both in one place removed a whole round of shipping and finger pointing, and the flatness on the finished frames is excellent.
Send Netherlands Dairy Machinery your drawings or 3D models along with quantities. We will review them for manufacturability and respond with a clear quote and lead time.

We hold tolerances you can verify, with in-process gauging, coordinate measuring machine reports and material certifications delivered alongside every lot that requires them.
Our Services

Three-, four- and five-axis milling and multi-axis turning for prismatic and rotational parts in steel, stainless, aluminum, brass and engineering plastics. We program with CAM simulation, design workholding for repeatability, and hold tight tolerances on bores, threads and datum features, with inspection records tied to the drawing revision for every lot.
Request a Quote
MIG, TIG and stick welding by welders qualified to written procedures for structural steel, stainless and aluminum. Weldments are fixtured to control distortion, inspected visually and by agreed methods, and can be stress relieved, machined after welding and assembled with fasteners, bearings and purchased components.
Request a Quote
CNC bending with tooling selected for each material and radius, accounting for springback and grain direction. We produce brackets, enclosures, guards and chassis with hardware inserts, and we check flange lengths and angles against the print using fixtures and gauges rather than guesswork.
Request a Quote
Deburring, tumbling, bead blasting, powder coating, anodizing and plating coordinated through qualified finishing partners and our own in-house operations. We specify masking, thickness and cosmetic requirements up front, and we inspect finished parts so coating does not close up threads or tolerance-critical bores.
Request a Quote
Frames, platforms, stairs, guards, support structures and heavy plate assemblies built from detailed shop drawings. We source certified material, follow documented fit-up and weld sequences, and coordinate with galvanizers and coating suppliers so large pieces arrive ready to install without field rework.
Request a Quote
Fast-turn prototypes for design validation, followed by bridge production while permanent tooling is developed. Engineers get direct feedback on tolerances, bend radii and material choices, and approved setups are saved so repeat orders run with the same programs and fixtures.
Request a Quote
First article inspection, coordinate measuring machine reports, dimensional layouts, material certifications and certificates of conformance prepared to match your purchase order requirements. Measurement results are linked to drawing revisions, and gauges are maintained on a calibration schedule traceable to recognized standards.
Request a Quote
Fiber laser cutting for thin to medium plate and sheet, with nested programs that reduce scrap and consistent edge quality that often needs no secondary cleanup. Thicker plate is cut by plasma where the application allows. Parts can be marked, tapped, deburred and sorted by kit so they arrive ready for the next operation.

Send a drawing or a 3D model with quantities. We review materials, tolerances and finishes, suggest improvements where they help, and return a quote with a defined lead time.
Programmers build and simulate toolpaths and nests, fixtures are prepared, material is verified against the order, and a documented routing travels with the job.
Operators machine, form and weld the parts while checking critical features at set intervals. First piece approval is completed before the full quantity runs.
Finished parts are inspected against the print, paperwork is assembled, and everything is packaged to prevent damage in transit and delivered on the committed date.

Read MoreStandard machining tolerances are tight, and many features can be held to a few ten-thousandths of an inch depending on size, material and geometry. We review each print individually and tell you early if a requirement needs special processing or inspection.
We handle deburring, blasting and powder coating directly, and coordinate anodizing, plating and heat treatment with qualified partners. You receive one delivery and one point of contact, with finishing certificates included when required.
A dimensioned drawing in PDF plus a STEP or similar 3D model is ideal. The drawing should show tolerances, material, finish and quantities. If you only have a model, we can quote from it and confirm critical dimensions with you before release.
Revisions are controlled. We update programs and routings, quarantine work in process that no longer matches, and confirm the impact on cost and schedule with you in writing. Inspection plans always reference the current drawing revision.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a target standard. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time project, and we review the site when we make significant changes to its structure or content.
Semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark, logical heading order and descriptive page titles, so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
A visible skip-to-content link, keyboard-operable navigation and menus, and focus styles that remain visible when navigating without a mouse.
Text and interface colors checked for contrast against their backgrounds, layouts that reflow at narrow widths and support browser text resizing without loss of content, and descriptive alternative text or accessible labels for images and icons that carry meaning.
Form fields with programmatically associated labels, required fields identified in text rather than by color alone, and link text that makes sense out of context.
Some decorative illustrations are presented without detailed descriptions because they convey no information beyond the surrounding text. Documents published in formats such as PDF may not meet the same standard as the website itself; we will provide an accessible alternative on request.
This website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile, used together with the assistive technologies available on those platforms. It may not perform as expected in browsers that are no longer supported by their vendor.

Please tell us the page address and what you were trying to do so we can reproduce the problem.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will tell you what we intend to do and when. If an immediate fix is not possible, we will provide the information you needed by another means.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the body responsible for accessibility enforcement in your jurisdiction. This statement is reviewed periodically and whenever the website undergoes substantial change.

From Our Desk

Edge quality, heat-affected zones, thickness limits and cost per part all differ. We compare the two processes so you can match the method to your application.

Over-specified tolerances, sharp internal corners and unnecessary cosmetic finish notes inflate machining time. Here is how to spot them before you release a drawing to the shop.

A first article report should confirm the process can repeat, not just that one part passed. What buyers should ask to see before approving production.

Most warped weldments trace back to sequence and clamping, not welder skill. A look at fixture design and weld order choices that keep frames flat.
